I’ve been noticing this going on for ages, and I think it’s about time someone publicly calls her out over here on it….

If this is the same anon that has been ruthlessly harassing Safi, then I pity you. You’re nothing but a bully. You’ve been unreasonable in your arguments to the point of putting her to tears and anxiety; she’s noted this on her profile and people can see Safi’s argument there if they want to see just how hurtful you are. You are simply protozoa. Utter cold, pallid primordial slime.

Lynn and Safi have similiar influences that result in some similar character ideas, but this does not mean that Safi is ripping off Lynn. If you were to use this same argument, then anybody that makes a polar bear character wearing Native American attire is ripping off Lynn. Anybody using a Philippine gryphon is ripping off lynn. Since you see, apart from the same animals, these are entirely different characters. In addition, your arguments are flawed, especially the ones about time tags.

First of all, before you start making comparisons, you have to realize that Safi has a former account on dA that goes back to 2008, so she’s been developing her concepts for quite some time. In addition, she has an inspiration blog where you can trace back where her character designs come from. Last, these specific examples are all flawed. The Philippine Gryphon, Haribon, was designed before Lynn made hers; Safi simply redesigned it in this image. Same goes for the polar bear at the bottom. She had them before Lynn made them, so unless Safi is a Time Lord then she cannot possibly be ripping Lynn off. As for the sphinx at the top, it can be attributed to similar influences. As for the second sphinx, I can’t even see the similarity. Perhaps you’re saying Lynn owns all rights to drawing white lions? If so, then I think you ought to consider checking your facts on copyright then, because I’m pretty sure you can’t claim anything in nature. Besides, Safi drew this image before Lynn made her white lion. Once again, pretty sure that Safi isn’t a protege of Doc Brown here, if so then I haven’t seen her DeLorean.

Anon, show your name, because this harassment simply shows how much of a coward you are. Show your name and let yourself known instead of hiding behind anonymity. Because somebody that will write such ruthless things ought to be known. This type of harassment is a reflection of your poor character, and you ought to show yourself so that people can recognize said poor character. Also, please end your harassment of Safi and apologize immediately, as these lies you’re spreading about her are hurting her deeply and it simply shows how much of a bully you are.
